Qyst is built for the confidentiality standards the legal profession demands. Every document, every query, every conversation is protected by design — not as an afterthought.
Zero-Training Policy
Your documents, queries, and case data are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any language model — ours or third-party. Your legal work remains exclusively yours.
End-to-End Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Session data is isolated per user. There is no shared context between accounts, firms, or conversations.
Data Residency
We are committed to data sovereignty. Your information is processed and stored in compliance with Algerian data protection regulations. We do not transfer legal data to jurisdictions with weaker protections.
Access Controls
Firm accounts support role-based access. Administrators control who can view, edit, or share documents. Audit logs track every action for full accountability.
Session Isolation
Each conversation is sandboxed. Cross-session data leakage is architecturally impossible. When you delete a conversation, it is permanently removed — no soft deletes, no backups retained beyond the retention window.
