1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Qyst platform, a legal intelligence service powered by artificial intelligence and specializing in Algerian law. By using Qyst, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Nature of Service

Qyst is a legal assistance tool. It does not constitute a law firm and does not provide legal advice within the meaning of Algerian law. The responses generated by Qyst are indicative information. For any legal decision, we recommend consulting a lawyer registered with the bar association.

3. Access to Service

Access to Qyst requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Creating multiple accounts or sharing access without authorization is prohibited. Qyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, design, source code, and models of Qyst are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the service without prior written permission. Documents you submit remain your exclusive property.

5. Limitations of Liability

Qyst provides legal information for indicative purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of each response. Qyst cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on the information provided by the platform. Qyst's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user over the last 12 months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Qyst in accordance with Algerian law. Any use for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to use the service to generate documents for deception or forgery purposes.

7. Modifications

Qyst reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

8. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be subject to the competent courts of Algiers.
